Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any work carried out by SEOptimun please inform us within 30 days and/or prior to final payment. Kindly inform us via email: support@seoptimum.com before you contact the payment processor.
We will endeavor to fix any problem but if unable to do so to your satisfaction we will refund you in full.
Prior to a refund being made we will request that any and all work we have carried out on your behalf be removed from the relevant web site or hosting server in question.
All our work remains property of SEOptimum.com until such time as full and final payment has been received ( this does not apply when annual maintenance fees are in effect).
